The bed was extremely comfy. The room was immaculately clean. The staff were amiable. The variety of food was nice. Practicotel in Kyiv was an amazing stay! The staff were amiable, and the variety of food was nice. Additionally, it's conveniently located just 20 minutes from the metro station. I had no complaints whatsoever.

The hotel is a brand new one. Rooms are really well designed and furnished. They provide really good breakfast with delicious cappuccino. Great, convenient hotel!

Not in the city centre, but they are just 5-7 minutes from the metro. So not a big problem.

The hotel is new, clean and well maintained. The staff was helpful and friendly. The location is good for the travellers who need to go to the airport but at the same time not far from the metro station Borispolskaya so the way to the city will be just 30-40 min. The hotel has a complimentary transfer to the airport which was great. Good value for money you pay!

No way to eat lunch or dinner in the hotel.The restaurant is serving only breakfast and sandviches with tea or coffee during the day. As the area is not touristy there are no cafes or restaurants around as well.

The hotel was a nice comfy base for my business trip. It was truly an excellent stay for my business trip, the hotel met all of my criteria. The location was favorable, within a 10-15 minute walking distance from a large park. A metro station was within walking distance from the hotel.

The hotel is pretty new, the smell of fresh paint is still present. The staff is very friendly and helpful both at the front desk and down in the bar. Free airport shuttle bus is an advantage. Excellent value for money, I am sure they will eventually start charging more so take your chance asap.

We weren't able to get a shuttle bus service from the airport. Most likely because of some communication issues so make sure you get in touch with the hotel staff early. They provided with an excellent transfer service to the airport though and confirmed it is available from the airport to the hotel, just arrange it in a timely manner.

The whole hotel looks amazing, my room was just great. Even if this hotel is not located near the city center, it is good that it is close to a metro station, and also, the best part about this hotel is that they offer free rides from and to the airport.

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided great service, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The location was also ideal, being conveniently situated between the airport and the city center. The rooms were comfortable and had everything I needed, with a simple yet stylish decor. The breakfast included in the stay was a nice bonus, offering a good selection of food to start the day.

Modern and good Hotel, very clean and good equiped, free shuttle to KBP and free fast Internet (WiFi), good metro-connection to the city-center.

Lift is still not working and warm water needs 10 to the room.

Great location between the airport and city center. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The receptionist was friendly and spoke excellent English. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of options. Despite a couple of minor inconveniences, I would highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Kyiv. I had a positive experience at Practicotel.
